Gypsies Closet ("we", "us") is an online marketplace that lets members list, buy, and sell pre-loved fashion items. By using the site you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your area) to buy or sell. You are responsible for your account credentials, all activity under your account, and the accuracy of the information you provide.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you purchase an item, funds are authorized and held. Once the carrier marks the package delivered, a 3-day confirmation window opens. If no issue is reported, the funds are released to the seller. If you report an issue, we may pause the release while we investigate.
Gypsies Closet may charge platform fees on sales and for optional features (such as bumps or VIP). Applicable fees are shown at checkout or in-app before you confirm.
Because most items are second-hand, sales are generally final. If an item arrives not as described, damaged, or never arrives, contact us within the 3-day confirmation window and we will help resolve the dispute in good faith.
You keep ownership of your listings, photos, and messages, but you grant Gypsies Closet a non-exclusive license to display and promote them on the platform. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
No harassment, scams, off-platform payment attempts, scraping, or abuse of the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gypsies Closet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from transactions between members.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
